ORDER INFO 

After acceptance, orders will be given to the carrier within 1-2 business days for shipping.
All orders are final and cannot be refunded.

Billing and shipping information must match.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges on items that are still like new (completely clean, undamaged, and unused). The items must be in their original packaging with tags attached and all accessories still included. 

Any items returned for an exchange may be denied if the above criteria are not met.
There is a 20% restocking fee for exchanges.
Customer pays for return shipping.

Exchange process must be started within 14 days of delivery date by contacting our email shown below.
